Q: What types of vehicles do you service?

A: We work on all makes and models of semi-trucks, trailers, van bodies, and buses. We specialize in all hydraulic work and liftgate installation and repair.

 

Q: Do you perform inspections?

A: Yes, we perform State and Federal FHWA Inspections.

 

Q: What areas do you service?

A: We are based in Tyler, Texas but we repair vehicles from all over the country. We accept walkins, as well as by appointment, and if you need roadside assistance we are happy to provide that as well.

 

Q: What if I know how to fix my truck and only need a part?

A: That is fine, too, we have a substantial amount of parts in our shop that we sell, as well as install. If we don't carry your part, we can order it.

 

Q: How long do I have to pay my bill?

A: If you have a Credit Account with our company, we give you thirty days to pay the bill. If you do not have a Credit Account, the bill is due in full before the vehicle or part leaves our premises. If you are interested in setting up a Credit Account, our Billing/Office staff would be happy to give you an application.

 

Q: Which of your contact methods are quickest if I need to reach you in an emergency?

A: In an emergency situation such as needing roadside assistance, the quickest way to reach us would be by telephone. However, in any non-emergency situation, any method will work quickly.
